The design of the Monheim V project envisages office use with a rental area of approximately 5,600 square metres. The third and fifth floors of the six-storey building are each offset by a few metres, creating generous outdoor terrace areas with a view of the Rhine. Construction work on the project is scheduled to start in 2020, and interested tenants should contact the municipal business development agency.
